# Consulta de saldo
InComm solo devolverá el saldo de una tarjeta si la tarjeta está activa y tiene una coincidencia con la tabla de tarjetas. La consulta solo está disponible para tarjetas Closed Loop administradas por InComm.
#### Pasos para consultar el saldo

Desde el POS, vaya al menú del Administrador de red.

Seleccione el **\[Consulta de saldo de la tarjeta]** opción.

Se muestra un mensaje que dice ***“Pida al cliente que pase la tarjeta. Siga las instrucciones del teclado PIN”***.
Pida al cliente que pase la tarjeta por el PIN pad del POP. El PIN pad del POP muestra la aprobación y el monto del saldo.
Se imprime un recibo.
