avs_merchant_confirmation
Description
After the terminal receives a Host Authorization response, the address verification response code from the Host is checked. If the address information provided at the terminal not matched completely by the Host, the Merchant confirmation of the transaction is required. The terminal will prompt the Merchant to accept or reject the transaction. If the Merchant selects No(Reject), then the transaction is cancelled and the terminal automatically sends a reversal request to the Host.
