cashout_success_conf_screen
Description
Confirms that the cashout transaction is completed successfully. This confirmation appears after the screen prompting for a merchant receipt (whether or not the merchant opts to print a receipt).
Merchant Action
The merchant must click Done, to acknowledge and exit.
