pre_authorization_complete_new_amount
Merchant selects New Amount option.
Merchant enters new amount value and clicks Submit button. New amount may not exceed Maximum Complete Amount value (shown on Pre-auth Complete screen). If Maximum Complete Amount value is not specified, any entered amount is acceptable.
