When the pin has been enabled for refund or viewing settings, the user is prompted for the pin while performing those operations.

Prompts the user to select the reason for refund.

Merchant/Customer action

Selecting the refund reason continues the refund processing.

Description

Informs the user that the refund is completed successfully. The user is prompted to select the option to receive the receipt.

The receipt is printed or emailed if the customer chooses the print or email option.
