Description:

Displays an alphabetically sorted list of merchants. The PrimaryMerchant is always shown at the top.

Merchant/Customer action:

Select a merchant to access payment & admin functions. Filter the list of merchants

Configuration Parameters:

Merchant.Active - if set to 0 for a merchant, it will not be shown in the selection list

Merchant.PrimaryMerchant - if set to 1 for a merchant, it will be shown at the top.
