**Description:**

Displays an alphabetically sorted list of merchants. The PrimaryMerchant is always shown at the top.

**Merchant/Customer action:**

Select a merchant to access payment & admin functions. Filter the list of merchants

**Configuration Parameters:**

`Merchant.Active` - if set to 0 for a merchant, it will not be shown in the selection list

`Merchant.PrimaryMerchant` - if set to 1 for a merchant, it will be shown at the top.
