**Description**

Checking internet availability and time configuration important for further communication with the servers. Time setting may later be set by Host service if required for terminal interoperability.

If connection successful, the rest of configuration will be executed. Carbon Mobile devices have preinstalled AuthEx security. The device will still have to read some configuration from VHQ agent and prepare the device to communicate with Android Endpoint.
