Description Merchant is prompted to select Yes or No when deciding whether the transaction is subject to surcharge.

Merchant Action Selecting Yes will allow the payment application to add surcharge based on the presented card and associated card product rules. Selecting No will continue the transaction without surcharge.

Per configuration, the surcharge alert prompt will be displayed.
