P630 Plus A Quick Installation Guide

Get your P630 Plus-A unboxed, connected, and ready to take payments.

Before you begin, confirm you have all devices, cables, and accessories listed below.

Quick Setup Guide

Unbox the Device

Remove the P630 Plus-A from its packaging.

Open the Back Cover

Slide open the back cover

Turn the device over and slide the back cover release in the direction of the arrows to open it.

Locate the PSAM slots

With the cover open, locate PSAM slot 1 and PSAM slot 2 inside the device.

Insert the SIM and SAM Cards

Insert the cards

Insert the SIM/SAM card into the slot as shown in the detail view.

Close and secure the back cover

Close the back cover and tighten the retaining screw.

Connect the Device

Choose one of the following connection options.

Option A: Connect to a cash register / POS terminal

Connect the cable from the device to the cash register or POS terminal.

Option B: Connect to a computer

Connect the device to a computer using the USB cable.

Option C: Connect to a power outlet

Connect the power adapter to the device and plug it into a power outlet.

Take a Payment

Swipe a card

Swipe the card through the card reader.

Insert a chip card

Insert the chip card into the card reader.

Tap a contactless card

Tap the contactless card or device on the reader.
