Verifone provides a range of accessories and documentation for the e355. When placing orders, it is essential to reference the specific part numbers. Here are the available channels for ordering:

## Battery Pack Instructions

Dispose of the battery pack in accordance with all national, state, and local laws and regulations as regionally required. Some batteries may be recycled and may be accepted for disposal at local recycling centers. Please refer to [Installing/Replacing an MSAM Card](/hardware-products/hardware/engage-devices/exxx-series/e355/e355-installation-guide/device-setup.md#installingreplacing-an-msam-card) for instructions on battery removal and insertion.
