Key Encryption Keys (KEK)

• To create KEK, follow the dialogs below.
• Steps

  • The first dialog below will be empty when there are no KEKs imported. Choose import from first dialog
  • Give a name (maximum 32 chars), select a KEK algorithm and number of components form the dialog two
  • Enter key (KEK) components

    • The CCV (Component Check Value) is needed for each component. It’s the same as KCV (Key Check Value), but for the individual key component.
    • If the user does not have CCV, just click "Next" and the user will be prompted to re-enter the component.
  • Save will save the key.
