The option allows user management.
The first dialog below lists the existing users.
A blue color marking to the left of the user name (see first left dialog below), indicates the user is an admin user.
Click on the "X" button to the right of menu item to delete the user.
The "Create" option allows new user creation through "User Create" dialog below.
Password length - 10 digits / letters minimum.
User Name - 32 chars max
User role checkbox - If checked, the user is an admin user. Else non-admin user.
