# Network Manager

Network manager is used for all network or card processing functions. Network reports and network diagnostic functions can be found here.

Menu options that appear in the guide but, not on your POS, is due to a security level restriction. Ensure that the security level for the POS user is set to 7 or higher to view these functions.

The Network Manager menu contains the following network sales and communications functions:

* EPS Network Functions
* EPS Network Reports \*\*
* EPS Secure Reports \*\*
* Dealer Configuration\*
* Diagnostic Check Host Status
* Diagnostic POP Init
* Send Offline Transactions\*\*\*
* EPS Network Manager Functions\*
* EBT Voucher Clear
* Mobile Reports \*\*

## Network Manager Access

Accessing the Network Manager Menu: **CSR Functions > Network Manager**

Select the **\[Network Menu]** from the POS Main Menu. The Network Menu is displayed
