| Secondary Product | When checked, designates this fuel grade as a secondary (blended) product. Unlocks the Primary Product field. When unchecked, the grade is treated as a standalone product. |
| Name | Name of the fuel grade. Must not exceed 10 characters. |
| Primary Product | Required when Secondary Product is checked. Must reference an existing fuel grade. When a Primary Product is set, Tanks, Product Codes, Department, and Prices fields are not required - the grade inherits them from its primary. |
| NAXML Fuel Grade ID | The NAXML identifier for the fuel grade. Value must be between 0 and 9999. |
| Minimum Street Price | The minimum allowable street price for this fuel grade. Value must be between 0.000 and 9.999. |
| Tanks | Associates one or two tanks with this fuel grade. If one tank, tank percentage must be 100. If two tanks, the combined tank percentages must equal 100. |
| Low Feed Tank | Required when Secondary Product is unchecked (i.e. no Primary Product). At least 1 tank must be assigned; maximum 2 tanks. |
| Percentage 1 | The percentage of fuel drawn from Low Feed Tank. If only one tank is configured, must be exactly 100. |
| High Feed Tank | Optional second blending tank. Only displayed when a blend configuration is required. If two tanks are set, Percentage 1 + Percentage 2 must equal 100. |
| Percentage 2 | Required if a second tank is selected. Combined with Percentage 1, the two values must total 100. |
| Service Level Product Code 1 | Required when no Primary Product is set. Assigns the product code for Service Level 1 transactions. |
| Service Level Product Code 2 | Required when no Primary Product is set. Assigns the product code for Service Level 2 transactions. |
| Service Level Product Code 3 | Optional. Assigns the product code for Service Level 3 transactions if a third service level is configured. |
| Department | Associates the fuel grade with a department. Department system ID must be between 0 and 9999. |
| Prices | Sets 12 price entries across tiers (1–2), service levels (1–3), and MOPs (1–2). Each price value must be between 0.000 and 9.999. Minimum Street Price must not exceed any configured price. |

| View Buzzer Off | In a postpay situation, the customer lifts the handle, leaves the nozzle off the pump, and comes inside to pay. Select to allow the [VIEW] key to stop the beeping at the terminal. |
| DCR Prompt Preset Amount | It controls whether the DCR prompts the customer to enter a preset dollar or volume amount before fueling begins. |
| Auto Disapproval | Select to disapprove a dispenser if it remains inactive for the period of time set in “Delay Autodisapproval”. |
| Instant Autoapproval | It approves the fueling point immediately and unconditionally when the handle is lifted, without waiting for any authorization checks (such as card authorization, network response, or cashier input). |
| Auto Approval | Enables or disables automatic transaction approval at this position. Required field. |
| Handle Up Calling | Select to make the pump call for approval to dispense fuel when the customer lifts the handle. |
| DCR In Dispenser | Indicates whether the DCR is integrated inside the dispenser. Required field. |
| Pay At Pump Only | When selected, this position accepts payment at the pump only. Required field. |
| Multi Product Settings | It allows a fueling position to be configured so that when a customer prepays, they are prompted to choose from a specific list of fuel grades — rather than being able to select any grade available at that dispenser. Each grade in the list is assigned a Prompt Order that controls the sequence in which the grades appear on the DCR screen. |
| Prepay Only | When selected, this position operates in prepay mode only. Required field. |
| Auto Collect | Determines when the system auto-collects the sale. Valid values: none, all, cash. |
| Minimum PPU | Sets the minimum price per unit for the fueling position. Required field. |
| Volume Limit | Sets the maximum fuel volume dispensed per transaction. Value must be between 0.000 and 99999.999. Unit must be one of: USG, Gallons, G, L, Liters. |
| Currency Limit | Sets the maximum currency amount dispensed per transaction. Value must be between 0.00 and 999999.99. |
| Blend Type | Specifies the blend type for this position. System ID must be between 1 and 6. |
| Current Service Level | Sets the default service level for this position. System ID must be between 1 and 3. |
| Default MOP | Sets the default method of payment for this position. System ID must be between 1 and 2. |
| SPI IP / Allow Access | Allow access of the IP address of the SPI device at this position. Must be a valid IPv4 address. |
| Fuel Hoses | Assigns up to 7 hoses to this position. Each hose system ID must be between 1 and 7; fuel product must be between 0 and 20. |
| Duplicate Position | Copies the settings of this fueling position to one or more selected destination positions. |
| Apply Changes | Saves all edits made to the selected fueling position. |

| Type | Select between Amount Per Gallon, Tax File Entry, or both to determine how the tax exemption is applied. If Tax File Entry or Both are selected, a tax will need to be selected from the tax drop-down menu. |
| Print Receipt Line (Signature Line) | Determines whether the fuel tax receipt lines configured will print with the sale or not. |
| Fuel Tax Receipt Line | Allows the receipt printed for transactions with fuel tax exemption to include specialized receipt information. |
