When you log into C-Site a prompt will appear to accept the terms and conditions. To log into the application you must accept the terms and conditions in order to proceed. To view the Terms and Conditions, select the blue text in the prompt.

## What’s New In Release: PCS 1.25.3

### Hotfix Release 1.25.3 RC1

These were corrected:

* There was an issue where fuel price updates were incorrectly flagged as pending and applied outdated prices across multiple stores and brands. Fuel prices now update only when requested and reflect the current configured values.
* There was an issue where validation incorrectly required color and label color for the Monitoring button. Validation now correctly skips color checks for Monitoring buttons.
* There was an issue where Menu Configuration changes made in the Verifone Commander Configuration Client were not syncing to Verifone Commander Central. Menu Configurations now propagate correctly.
* There was an issue where Verifone Self Checkout configuration was not populated in Verifone Commander Central when the Message 2 text exceeded forty characters. The configuration now loads correctly with longer message text.

## What’s New In Release: PCS 1.25.2

<h3 align="center">Resolutions</h3>

#### &#xD; Configuration

* There was an issue where the Buypass FEP configuration was not displayed in Verifone Commander Central after upgrading to Base 57.00.00. The Buypass configuration now loads correctly under Payment Operations > Primary Payment instead of showing “Data not found.”
* There was an issue where creating a PLU in Verifone Commander Central automatically enabled the Foodstamp option. PLUs are now created with only the configuration options explicitly selected, and the Foodstamp setting can be disabled as expected.
* The fuel grade list was not visible under Admin Messages for Commander Payments for Major Oil Accounts. It is now visible.

## What’s New In Release Date: November 2025 (R41/PCS 1.24)

<h3 align="center">New Features and Enhancements</h3>

#### Major Oil Policy <a href="#major_oil_policy" id="major_oil_policy"></a>

Major Oil Policy is a framework that allows Major Oils to enforce specific configuration settings across their sites. For example, they can mandate that mobile payment is enabled as a method of payment at all locations under their brand.

#### Automatic Site Assignment

When an administrator places a new Site or Verifone Commander into a subtree within the hierarchy that is already fully assigned to one or more users, the system will now automatically assign those users to the new Site/Verifone Commander.

Previously, administrators were required to manually assign each site to individual user accounts.

#### Commercial Fleet Direct

The WEX-OTR and Comdata configurations have been added to Verifone Commander Central. It allows the Verifone Commander to process Commercial Fleet transactions directly to WEX and Comdata. It will enable customers who do not use an acquirer, but supports commercial fleet transactions, to accept WEX-OTR and Comdata commercial fleet cards.

<h3 align="center">New Features and Enhancements</h3>

#### VASC Access

The External Access Menu added the Verifone Authorized Service Contractor (VASC) Site Management. A Petro Site Administrator can now assign or unassign a site and features to or from a VASC company. This feature allows Verifone Commanders at those sites to be onboarded with VASC credentials.

#### Image Upload

Users can upload images for menu items to different areas such as Touch Icons/Buttons and the Welcome screen.

#### Menu Configuration

The Menu Configuration can now be edited.

## What’s New In Release Date: April 2025 (R38) <a href="#whats_new_in_release_date-_april_2025" id="whats_new_in_release_date-_april_2025"></a>

<h3 align="center">New Features and Enhancements</h3>

#### Partner Access

The External Access Menu contains Partner Site Management. A Petro Site Administrator can now assign or unassign a site and features to or from a Partner company.

#### Brand Transition Management

Sites will be seamlessly added to the Major Oil instance based on the brand identified in the site assets. This feature removes the hassle of manual updates, ensuring the site remains aligned with rebranding.

#### Deleted Users

If a user is accidentally deleted by the administrator, they can recreate the same email without Verifone Support.

#### Multi-Site Password Management <a href="#multi-site_password_management" id="multi-site_password_management"></a>

Merchant administrators now have the powerful capability to change Verifone Configuration Client user passwords for all sites directly from Verifone Commander Central. This streamlined process not only saves time, but also, enhances security by allowing for centralized password management. Instead of logging in to each Verifone Commander individually, administrators can efficiently ensure compliance with PCI-related password policies from one convenient location. This upgrade significantly simplifies password administration, making it easier than ever to uphold security standards. It is only available in Verifone Commander 56.01.00 Release.

#### Replicate Configuration

Seamlessly apply configurations from one site to multiple sites, greatly reducing the workload and maximizing efficiency. The following forms were added as part of Replicate Configuration:

* Fuel (Fuel Configuration and Fuel prices)
* Fuel prices (Fuel prices and Fuel products)
* DCR Configuration Touch Screen
* Tipping (Verifone Commander 56.01.00 Release)

#### Tipping Configuration

The Verifone Commander offers customizable tipping options for sites that sell prepared food, enhancing the customer experience. Tipping prompted on the PIN pad is only configured in Verifone Commander Central. It is only available in Verifone Commander 56.01.00 Release.

The site count on the dashboard and page mismatched. This was corrected.

#### New End User License Agreement (EULA)

A new End User License Agreement (EULA) was added. It can be reviewed by clicking on the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and selecting “Terms” from the menu.

#### Site Management

1. Menu Configuration was added in Site Management. It is currently read-only and is only available in Verifone Commander 56.00.00 Release.
2. Touch Screen Configuration was added in Site Management. It is only available in Verifone Commander 56.00.00 Release.

#### Accounts <a href="#accounts" id="accounts"></a>

1. An account can now have multiple Petro Site Admins and/or Major Oil Admins.
2. Petro Site Admins now have permissions for Access Control and Forecourt meaning that all the forms are accessible for Read and Write.

#### Administration Hierarchy

When a user expanded the tree structure in the Administration Hierarchy, it took longer than expected to open. An enhancement was made to speed up the page load.

#### Enterprise Level

1. The user is now able to perform both row-based and table-based operations on the enterprise-level data so that they can easily manage the configurations.
2. The user is now able to create a new Enterprise Configuration from the Enterprise view on the Verifone Commander Central landing page.

#### Loyalty Site Configuration

The user is now able to edit the Loyalty Site Configurations by directly clicking on a field to edit, rather than needing to click on an Edit button first.

#### Site Assets

Site ID is now included as part of the Site Assets Page (Requires Commander software release 55.01).

#### Cloud Configuration Manager

1. The ability to send fuel prices and read only fuel configuration was added. (Requires Commander software release 55.00)
2. The ability to edit and send the item prices from Verifone Commander Central was added. (Requires Commander software release 55.00)

#### Loyalty

The ability to give the ownership of the loyalty program from Branded oil to Merchant and vice versa and the ability to remove the loyalty program from Verifone Commander Central were added.

The Release Version will now be displayed on a form in the Configuration > Site Configuration.

#### Login Link

A link to the login page was added to the self-registration page.

#### Loyalty Configuration <a href="#loyalty_configuration" id="loyalty_configuration"></a>

Loyalty configuration is supported based on the ownership of the program. It requires Release 54.02 version.

#### Site Creation

If a site does not exist in Verifone Commander Central during Verifone Commander Onboarding, it will automatically be created.

#### T-Log Viewer

When the user clicks on the T-Log Viewer in Verifone Commander Central, the Financial filter is now used by default. Journal or Other are additional filter options.

## What’s New In Release Date: September 2023

#### Loyalty

Major Oil Brands can now access the Loyalty Configuration.

#### POS Configuration

1\. The user can now view and send fuel tax exempt and receipt lines data from Verifone Commander Central to the Verifone Commander. This change requires Release 54.01 or higher.

2\. The user can now view and send POS security data from Verifone Commander Central to the Verifone Commander. This change requires Release 54.02 or higher.

1. T-Log Viewer can now be viewed with one service ID at a time.
2. The T-Log data is now exported in the CSV format.

#### System

1. The status of the Verifone Commander will update after a connection is restored. It was added in the Verifone Commander Release 54.00.00 software.
2. The Terms and conditions have been changed. The admin must accept site solutions before proceeding with C-Site Management.
3. Last heartbeat will be displayed in Administration > Sites and will not be shown to all onboarded sites.

#### POS Configuration <a href="#pos_configuration" id="pos_configuration"></a>

The following the forms have been added to configure the store operation from Verifone Commander Central using Verifone Commander Release 54.01.00 software:

* Tax Rates
* Categories
* Department
* ID Checks
* Blue Laws
* MOP
* Fees
* Currencies

#### Loyalty

The Loyalty Configuration can now be sent to multiple sites from Verifone Commander Central. It was added in the Verifone Commander Release 54.00.00 software.

#### Site Assets

Vendor name was added as part of the column for the site asset reporting.

#### Mobile Payment Configuration

1. The Acknowledgment status of the configuration has been added in the Site Configuration. This was added in the Verifone Commander Release 54.00.00 software.
2. The ability has been added to bulk upload of Service ID and Merchant ID numbers for Mobile Payment Configuration.
3. The ability to configure Mobile Payment Configuration for one or more sites and send from C-site management has been added. It is available to Major oil and Retailer and was added in the Verifone Commander Release 53.41.00 software.
