Self Checkout Enhancements

Our Self Checkout is better than ever with these new features:

• Introducing our innovative Void Line Intervention solution that empowers cashiers to remotely manage customer carts. They can easily and efficiently remove items, such as accidental scans, from the customer’s cart without needing to physically approach the self-checkout station.

• Our walk-off reduction options is a game-changer in preventing in-store theft and customer walk-offs. So, we've introduced “Print Pay at Counter Ticket” and “Print Inactivity Ticket” configuration parameters into Self-Checkout Global Configuration. These parameters reduce the likelihood of a customer taking a receipt from the self-checkout counter and falsely claiming they have made a payment.

• Long Text Loyalty Prompting at the DCR enhances customer experience by delivering clear loyalty program messages and maintaining consistent communication across both indoor and outdoor transactions.

• Cashier option to cancel out of loyalty prompt boosts efficiency by enabling cashiers to swiftly complete the transaction when a customer walks away without responding to the PIN pad prompt, minimizing delays and enhancing the experience for both cashiers and customers.

• Merchant administrators can now easily change user passwords for all sites directly from Verifone C-Site Management, ensuring fast and secure access control.

• Simplify your rebranding process with automated site additions based on Major Oil identification in site assets, eliminating manual updates and ensuring consistent alignment across all locations.

• Apply configurations hassle-free from one site to multiple sites using Replicate Configuration, greatly reducing your workload and maximizing efficiency.

Introducing a USB manager to streamline the plug-and-play functionality of USB-connected such as the Zebra Scanner and Verifone Self Checkout Light Pole.
