# Sådan kontrollerer du netværksoplysningerne

Tjek IP-adressen og forbindelsesstatus for Ekspedient delen på din P400 2-DELT.

### Åbn menuen

På Ekspedient delen skal du trykke på **#**.

### Gå til IP-adresserne

1. Vælg **Administration > Indstillinger > Kommunikation**.
2. Rul ned, og vælg **Mere > Status > IP-adresser**.
3. Vælg **LAN**.

### Udskriv oplysningerne

1. Tryk på **Status**. Skærmen viser terminalens **IP-adresse**.
2. Tryk på **Udskriv**, og gem udskriften.

### Tjek status

Kontrollér, at udskriften viser **"UP"** under **Status**.

* **Hvis der står UP:** er terminalen forbundet til dit netværk.
* **Hvis der ikke står det:** kontroller, at alle netværkskabler er tilsluttet korrekt — se [Sådan tilslutter du kablerne](/support-denmark/p400-2-delt/vejledninger/sadan-tilslutter-du-kablerne.md) — og udskriv derefter igen.
