# Sådan kører du SAF-diagnosen

Kør SAF Diagnostic på en T650 2-delt (T650C) for at se og rydde ventende tilbageførsler.

Du kører SAF-diagnosen på **T650C**. Det dækker også alle betalinger, der er taget på P400.

### Åbn appstarteren

På T650C skal du stryge ned på betalingsskærmen fra toppen og derefter trykke på **9-boks-gitteret** symbolet øverst ved siden af Wi-Fi-ikonet.

### Slet afventende annulleringer

Vælg eventuelle afventende annulleringer på listen (vist med en afventende værdi), og vælg **Slet**. Du vil blive bedt om at indtaste **Admin-kode** — <mark style="color:red;">kontakt Helpdesk</mark> for at få den.
