# Nulstillingsproces for terminal

Nulstil en T650-terminal tilbage til førstegangsoplevelsen via Device Manager eller Indstillinger.

**Brug dette, når** du skal nulstille en T650-terminal tilbage til sin Out of Box Experience — for eksempel efter at have flyttet den til en anden organisation.

**Fortsæt kun, hvis du har terminalens Enheds-id (Device ID).**

Efter nulstillingen starter terminalen forfra, og du skal indtaste **Enheds-id'et** for at sætte den op igen. Uden Enheds-id'et kan terminalen ikke tages i brug.

Du finder Enheds-id'et i din **velkomstmail** fra Verifone. Har du det ikke, så <mark style="color:red;">kontakt Verifone Support</mark>, **før** du nulstiller.

Du kan nulstille din terminal på **to måder**:

1. **Via Device Manager** — den officielle metode, som kræver en administratorkode.
2. **Via Indstillinger** — brug kun dette, hvis du ikke kan generere en administratorkode via VHQ.

1. Stryg **ned fra toppen** (eller **op fra bunden**) og åbn **appstarteren** (gitter med 9 felter).
2. Vælg **Nulstil opsætningsguiden**.
3. Indtast **Admin-adgangskode** (<mark style="color:red;">kontakt Helpdesk</mark> for at få den).
4. Stryg op fra bunden, og tryk på **Flere muligheder**.
5. Sæt flueben ved **Nulstil DID** og **Anmod om nøgleudveksling**.
6. Tryk på **"NULSTIL ENHED OG GENSTART (ADVARSEL: STRØMMEN KAN LØBE TØR, FØR FORHANDLEREN AKTIVERER)"**.

Terminalen genstarter fra **Out Of Box Experience (OOBE)**. Se [Terminalopsætning (ud af kassen)](/support-denmark/t650/vejledninger/terminalopsaetning-ud-af-kassen.md) for opsætningsinstruktioner.

Brug kun denne metode, hvis du ikke kan generere en administratorkode via VHQ.

1. Stryg **ned fra toppen** af skærmen (eller **op fra bunden** i Android Launcher) og åbn **appstarteren** (gitter med 9 felter).
2. Tryk på **Indstillinger** → **System** → **Nulstillingsindstillinger**.
3. Vælg **Slet alle data (nulstilling til fabriksindstillinger)**.
4. Tryk på **Nulstil enhed** nederst. **Sæt ikke** flueben ved feltet "Aktivér implementeringstilstand".
5. Tryk på **Slet alt**.
