# Sådan finder du serienummeret

Find serienummeret på din Victa — på mærkaten på terminalen eller i Diagnostics-appen.

Du kan finde serienummeret på to måder:

Serienummeret står på **mærkaten (stickeren) på terminalen**.

Denne metode virker også, hvis terminalen er slukket eller ikke kan bruges — for eksempel hvis den viser **Tamper**.

1. Åbn applisten: stryg **op** på startskærmen. Hvis din Victa åbner direkte til **Connect Express**, stryg **ned** fra toppen af skærmen, og tryk på **indstillingsikonet** i nederste højre hjørne for at komme til Android-menuen.
2. Tryk på **Diagnostik**.
3. Tryk på **Enhedsinformation**. **Serienummeret** vises øverst.
