# Hyvitys
Tee hyvitys Verifone P630 -päätteellä: syötä summa, valitse Refund ja anna asiakkaan lukea kortti.

## Ennen kuin aloitat

Jos päätteessä on käyttäjän tunnistus, tarvitset päällikön, kassahenkilön tai järjestelmänvalvojan salasanan. Jos pääte on kytketty kassaan (ECR), hyvitys pitää aloittaa kassalta.

## Hyvityksen vaiheet

### Syötä summa
Syötä hyvitettävä summa. Summa ei saa ylittää enimmäissummaa, eikä summa `0,00` ole sallittu. Voit nollata summan painamalla `C`.

### Valitse Refund
Paina `Other` ja valitse `Refund`.

### Tunnistaudu (tarvittaessa)
Jos käyttäjän tunnistus on käytössä, syötä pyydetty salasana.

### Asiakas lukee kortin
Asiakas asettaa kortin lukijaan, napauttaa sitä tai vetää sen. Kun näytöllä lukee `Please Wait…` ja `Authorising…`, pääte varmentaa tapahtuman verkossa eikä sinun tarvitse tehdä mitään.

### Odota hyväksyntää
Kun näytöllä lukee `Approved`, asiakas poistaa kortin. Pääte antaa ilmoitusäänen, kunnes kortti on poistettu.

### Valitse asiakkaan kuitti
Valitse asiakkaan kuitille `Print` tai `No Thanks` (näytöllä voi olla myös sähköpostivaihtoehdot). Sen jälkeen pääte käsittelee kauppiaan kuitin.

**Odotettu lopputulos:** Pääte näyttää `Approved` ja hyvitys on tehty.
