# Tapahtuman mitätöinti
Mitätöi tapahtuma Verifone P630 -päätteen Order History -kohdasta.

**Käytä tätä ohjetta, kun** haluat mitätöidä tapahtuman Verifone P630 -päätteellä.

Mitätöinti tehdään päätteen `Connect Express` -hallintavalikon `Order History` -kohdasta. Mitätöinti luo tapahtumalle peruutuksen.
## Mitätöinnin vaiheet

### Avaa Order History
Napauta hampurilaisvalikkosymbolia vasemmassa yläkulmassa. Valitse `Connect Express` -valikosta `Order History`.

### Valitse tapahtuma
Valitse mitätöitävä tapahtuma ja paina `Void`.

### Valitse syy ja tunnistaudu
Valitse mitätöinnin syy ja tunnistaudu pyydettäessä päällikön tai kassahenkilön salasanalla.

### Odota hyväksyntää
Kun näytöllä lukee `Please Wait…`, pääte tekee mitätöinnin verkossa. Sinun ei tarvitse tehdä mitään.

### Valitse kuitit
Kun mitätöinti on hyväksytty, valitse, tulostetaanko asiakkaan ja kauppiaan kuitit.

### Tarkista tulos
Pääte palaa tapahtumanäyttöön. Siellä näkyvät sekä myynti että mitätöinti. Paina takaisin-painiketta palataksesi POS-sovellukseen.
