# Näin luet Clearing status -näkymää

Näin luet TCS:n Clearing status -välilehteä: päiväkohtaiset summat, käsittelyssä olevat erät ja erien tilat.

**Clearing status** -välilehti tarjoaa lähes reaaliaikaisen näkymän palvelun kautta kulkevaan rahaliikenteeseen. Ylimmällä tasolla listataan päiväkohtaisesti tapahtumien summat ja kappalemäärät korttityypeittäin eriteltynä.

## Sarakkeet

| **Vastaanotettu päätteiltä** | Maksupäätteiltä vastaanotettu summa ja tapahtumien kappalemäärä.                                        |
| **Käsittelyssä**             | Erän vielä käsittelyssä oleva summa ja kappalemäärä. Kun erä on käsitelty ja tilitetty, summa on nolla. |
| **Maksettu kauppiaalle**     | Maksetun summan provisioerittely. Sarake näyttää nollaa, jos erää ei ole vielä tilitetty.               |
| **Tila**                     | Onko erä tilitetty vai vielä käsittelyssä.                                                              |

## Erien tilat

| Tila                        | Merkitys                                                                 |
| --------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **OK**                      | Erä on tilitetty onnistuneesti.                                          |
| **Odottaa pankkilähetystä** | Erä on vastaanotettu maksupäätteeltä, mutta sitä ei ole vielä tilitetty. |

**Huom!** Palvelussa näkyvät kaikki maksutapahtumat yksityiskohtaisesti vain **kahden kuukauden** ajalta. Sitä vanhemmat tapahtumat poistuvat palvelusta automaattisesti. Raporteilla tieto säilyy, mutta tapahtumille ei voi enää tehdä toimenpiteitä.
