Näin hyväksyt tai hylkäät palautuspyynnöt TCS:n Palautuspyynnöt-välilehdellä.

### Avaa Palautuspyynnöt

Klikkaa välilehteä **Palautuspyynnöt**. Sivulla näkyvät kohdassa **Hyväksyntää odottavat pyynnöt** kaikki hyväksyntää odottavat pyynnöt ja kohdassa **Käsitellyt pyynnöt** aiemmin käsitellyt pyynnöt.
