# Näin tilaat palautuksen

Näin tilaat palautuksen maksutapahtumalle TCS:ssä.

**Huom!** Maksutapahtuma voidaan palauttaa palvelun kautta **62 päivän** ajan tapahtumapäivästä. Tämän jälkeen tapahtuma poistuu palvelusta, ja palautus tulee hoitaa esimerkiksi tilisiirtona.

### Hae tapahtuma

Hae palautettava tapahtuma joko **Clearing**-näkymän kautta (katso [Näin tarkastelet eriä ja tapahtumia](/support-finland/tcs-raportointipalvelu/clearing-ja-tapahtumat/nain-tarkastelet-eria-ja-tapahtumia.md)) tai **Haku**-välilehdeltä (katso [Näin haet tapahtumia](/support-finland/tcs-raportointipalvelu/clearing-ja-tapahtumat/nain-haet-tapahtumia.md)).

Helpoin tapa on hakea tapahtuma **korttinumerolla**, **summalla** ja **päivämäärällä**. Nämä tiedot löytyvät myyjän tositteesta.

Klikkaa **Tilaa palautus** -painiketta. Selain avaa ponnahdusikkunan.

### Täytä palautuspyyntö

* Muuta tarvittaessa **Summa** pienemmäksi, esimerkiksi jos asiakas on palauttanut vain osan ostamistaan tuotteista.
* Kirjoita kenttään **Tilaajan viesti** selvitys palautuspyyntöjen käsittelijää varten. Kenttä on täytettävä.
* Klikkaa lopuksi **Tallenna**.
