# Tapahtuma peruutettu

Maksu peruuntuu kesken Verifone UX700 -päätteellä.

## Oireet

Saatat nähdä jonkin seuraavista:

* `Tapahtuma peruutettu`
* `Tapahtuma peruutettu/Toiminto aikakatkaistu`
* Pääte käynnistyi uudelleen tai sovellus sulkeutui, kun näytöllä luki `Odota...`.

**Todennäköisin syy:** Asiakas poisti kortin kesken maksun, asiakas peruutti maksun, näyttö aikakatkaistiin tai pääte käynnistyi uudelleen maksun aikana. Näissä tilanteissa pääte peruuttaa maksun.

Jos pääte käynnistyy uudelleen tai sovellus kaatuu, kun näytöllä lukee `Odota...`, pääte hylkää maksun ja peruuttaa sen automaattisesti. Jos uudelleenkäynnistys tapahtuu kortin pyyntönäytön aikana, sovellus käynnistyy uudelleen eikä automaattista palautusta tehdä: aloita maksu alusta.
