# Hyvitys
Tee hyvitys Verifone V400m -päätteellä: syötä summa ja lue kortti.

Hyvityksen voi tehdä milloin tahansa, joko päätteellä tai Raportointipalvelussa (ohje: [Näin tilaat palautuksen](/support-finland/tcs-raportointipalvelu/palautukset/nain-tilaat-palautuksen.md)). Tämä ohje kuvaa hyvityksen tekemisen päätteellä.
## Hyvityksen vaiheet

### Avaa Hyvitys
Valitse `Menu` ja valitse `Hyvitys`.

### Anna summa
`Summa`: näppäile eurosumma sentteineen ja paina `Enter`.

`Lue kortti`: syötä kortti lukijaan tai käytä lähilukua.

### Valitse maksutapa
`Debit / Credit`: valitse maksutapa.

### Tulosta kuitit
Pääte tulostaa myyjän kuitin ja kysyy, tulostetaanko asiakkaan kuitti. Paina `Enter`, jos haluat asiakkaan kuitin, muuten `Peruutus`.

**Odotettu lopputulos:** Pääte tulostaa hyvityksen kuitin.
## Muistettavaa
* Hyvitys ilman korttia: paina `*`, kun pääte pyytää korttia. Pääte pyytää kortinnumeroa ja voimassaoloaikaa. Kaikilla korteilla näppäily ei ole sallittu: silloin pääte ilmoittaa `EI SALLITTU` ja palaa perusnäyttöön.
* Hyvitysraportti erittelee tehdyt hyvitykset korttikohtaisesti. Kytke se päälle `Raportit`-valikosta ja tulosta valitsemalla `Raportit`, `Enter`, `Hyvitysraportti` ja `Tulosta hyvitysraportti`.
