# Tapahtuman peruutus
Peruuta tapahtuma Verifone V400m -päätteellä tositenumerolla.

**Älä käytä tätä ohjetta, kun** tapahtuma on jo lähetetty päätteeltä eteenpäin. Peruutuksen voi tehdä vain tapahtumalle, joka on vielä päätteen muistissa. Muisti nollautuu, kun pääte lähettää tapahtumat.

### Avaa Peruutus
Valitse `Menu` ja valikosta `Peruutus`.

### Anna tositenumero
`Oikaisu. anna tosite`: näppäile peruutettavan tapahtuman tositenumero myyjän kappaleesta ja paina `Enter`.

### Lue kortti
`Lue kortti`: syötä kortti lukijaan tai käytä lähilukua.

### Tulosta kuitit
Pääte ilmoittaa `Peruutus hyväksytty`, tulostaa myyjän kuitin ja kysyy, tulostetaanko asiakkaan kuitti. Paina `Enter`, jos haluat asiakkaan kuitin, muuten `Peruutus`.

## Ulkoinen peruutus
Ulkoisella peruutuksella voit oikaista tapahtuman yrityksen miltä tahansa maksupäätteeltä.

### Anna tapahtuman tiedot
`Anna tosite`: näppäile oikaistavan tapahtuman tositenumero. `Sarjanumero`: näppäile sen päätteen sarjanumero, jolla tapahtuma on tehty. Sarjanumero löytyy päätteen takaosasta viivakoodin vierestä kohdasta S/N sekä alkuperäisestä tositteesta.

`Lue kortti`: syötä kortti lukijaan tai käytä lähilukua. Pääte ilmoittaa `Peruutus hyväksytty`, tulostaa myyjän kuitin ja kysyy asiakkaan kuitin.
