# Maksupääte ei löydä 4G-verkkoa

## Oireet

Saatat nähdä jonkin seuraavista:

* Pääte ei löydä 4G-verkkoa.
* Oikeassa yläkulmassa lukee `GPRS` eikä 4G-symbolia.

**Todennäköisimmät syyt:** SIM-kortti ei ole 4G LTE -kortti, kortti ei ole kunnolla paikallaan tai yhteystavaksi ei ole valittu `GPRS`.

### Tarkista SIM-kortti

Tarkista, että SIM-kortti on asetettu oikein korttitelakkaan. Ohje: [SIM-kortin asennus](/support-finland/v400m/ohjeet/sim-kortin-asennus.md). Kortin on oltava Micro-kokoinen ja siinä on oltava 4G LTE -ominaisuus.

### Tarkista PIN-kysely

Jos SIM-kortti ei ole Verifonelta, varmista, että kortin PIN-kysely on pois päältä.

### Tarkista yhteystapa

### Hae yhteys

Paina `#6` ja `Enter`. Jos oikeassa yläkulmassa näkyy 4G-symboli, yhteys on muodostettu. Jos siinä lukee edelleen `GPRS`, tarkista vielä, että SIM-kortti on asetettu oikein (vaihe 1).
