# Tulostin ei tulosta

Verifone V400m -päätteen tulostin ei tulosta, paperi juuttuu tai näytöllä on tulostinvirhe -4, -7 tai -8.

## Oireet

### Tarkista paperirulla

Nosta kevyesti tulostimen kannessa olevaa mustaa läppää, käännä kansi alas ja tarkista rulla. Aseta rulla (57 mm × 40 mm) niin, että paperin reuna on ylhäällä, vedä paperia hiukan ulos ja sulje kansi. Ohje: [Paperirullan vaihto](/support-finland/v400m/ohjeet/paperirullan-vaihto.md).

### Toimi virhekoodin mukaan

* `-4`: kuittirulla voi olla viallinen. Aseta kuittirulla uudelleen päätteeseen tai vaihda rulla.
* `-7`: akku oli tyhjä tulostushetkellä. Lataa pääte täyteen ennen uutta yritystä.
* `-8`: rulla ei ole oikein paikallaan tai akun varaus on liian pieni. Tarkista, että rulla on oikein, ja tarkista akun varaus. Akun varauksen on oltava yli 10 %, jotta pääte voi tulostaa.

Jos akku näyttää toistuvasti tyhjää, vaikka olet ladannut sen täyteen, vika voi olla akussa eikä tulostimessa: ota yhteyttä.
