# WLAN-verkkoa ei löydy tai IP-osoite ei toimi

Verifone V400m -pääte ei löydä langatonta verkkoa tai käsin syötetty IP-osoite ei toimi.

## Oireet

Saatat nähdä jonkin seuraavista:

* Pääte ei löydä langatonta verkkoa.
* Kassayhteys WLANin kautta ei toimi.
* Käsin syötetty IP-osoite ei toimi.

**Todennäköisin syy:** IP-osoite on syötetty etunollien kanssa tai verkon tiedot puuttuvat päätteeltä. Jos pääte ei ole verkossa, se ei voi ladata asetuksia, joten ne on syötettävä päätteelle käsin.

### Syötä verkon nimi ja salasana

Valitse `Asetukset`, `Enter`, `Asetukset`, `WLAN asetukset`, `Ssid` (verkon nimi) ja `Salaus avain` (salasana).

### Syötä IP-osoitteet

Valitse `Asetukset`, `Enter`, `Asetukset`, `TCP/IP parametrit`, `IP`, `gateway` ja `maski`. Syötä osoitteet ilman etunollia (esimerkiksi ei 192.168.001.002). Pisteen saat painamalla näppäintä `1` kaksi kertaa. Kassan IP-osoitteen tarkistat kohdasta `Asetukset`, `Enter`, `Asetukset`, `ECR asetukset`, `Kassan IP`.
