# YHTEYDENOTTOVIRHE / TIEDONSIIRTOVIRHE / TARKISTA LIITÄNNÄT JA YRITÄ UUDELLEEN
Verifone V400m -pääte ei saa yhteyttä: yhteydenottovirhe tai tiedonsiirtovirhe.

## Oireet
Saatat nähdä jonkin seuraavista:
* `YHTEYDENOTTOVIRHE`
* `TIEDONSIIRTOVIRHE`
* `TARKISTA LIITÄNNÄT JA YRITÄ UUDELLEEN`
**Todennäköisin syy:** Pääte ei saa yhteyttä.
## Ratkaisu
Katkaise ensin päätteestä virta ja yritä yhteyttä uudelleen. Jos ongelma jatkuu, tarkista ensin, näkyykö oikeassa yläkulmassa maapallo, ja valitse sen jälkeen yhteystapasi.
## Jos oikeassa yläkulmassa on maapallo
Jos oikeassa yläkulmassa on yhteyssymbolin tilalla maapallo, päätteelle on valittu väärä yhteystapa. Valitse `Asetukset`, `Enter`, `Asetukset` ja `Yhteystapa`, ja valitse oikea vaihtoehto: `TCP/IP`, `BT Ethernet`, `GPRS` tai `WIFI`. Paina `Abort` pari kertaa, kunnes näytöllä on `Anna summa`, ja paina `#6` ja `Enter`. Testaa yhteys valitsemalla `Raportit`, `Enter` ja `Lähetä tapahtumat`.

Tarkista, että SIM-kortti on kunnolla paikoillaan. Varmista, että liittymä on aktiivinen ja että päätteen oikean yläkulman yhteyssymboli (4G-palkit) näkyy vaaleana. Voit katkaista yhteyden ja ottaa sen uudelleen syöttämällä `Anna summa` -näytöllä `#6` ja painamalla `Enter`.
Jos oikeassa yläkulmassa lukee `GPRS`, yhteystapa on valittu oikein, mutta pääte ei saa yhteyttä.
