# Tapahtuman mitätöinti
Mitätöi saman päivän tapahtuma Verifone V660P -päätteen Tapahtumaluettelosta.

**Älä käytä tätä ohjetta, kun** tapahtuma on tehty jonakin aiempana päivänä. Mitätöidä voi vain saman päivän tapahtumia.

Mitätöinti tehdään päätteen `Connect Express` -hallintavalikon `Tapahtumaluettelosta`. Mitätöinti luo tapahtumalle peruutuksen.
## Mitätöinnin vaiheet

### Avaa Tapahtumaluettelo
Napauta hampurilaisvalikkosymbolia vasemmassa yläkulmassa. Valitse `Connect Express` -valikosta `Tapahtumaluettelo`.

### Valitse tapahtuma
Valitse mitätöitävä tapahtuma luettelosta tai etsi se. Paina `Mitätöi`.

### Tunnistaudu
Syötä pyydetty PIN-koodi ja paina `Valmis`.

### Valitse syy
Valitse mitätöinnin syy ja paina `Lähetä`.

### Syötä kassan salasana
Pääte pyytää kassan salasanaa (`Syötä Kassa salasana`). Syötä se ja paina `OK`.

### Odota hyväksyntää
Kun näytöllä lukee `Odota…`, pääte tekee mitätöinnin verkossa. Sinun ei tarvitse tehdä mitään.

### Valitse kuitit
Kun mitätöinti on hyväksytty, valitse, tulostetaanko asiakkaan ja kauppiaan kuitit.

### Tarkista tulos
Pääte palaa tapahtumanäyttöön. Siellä näkyvät sekä myynti että mitätöinti, ja voit katsoa tapahtuman tiedot. Paina takaisin-painiketta palataksesi POS-sovellukseen.
