# How to Print or View End of Day Reports

View and print sales and transaction summaries on a P630 terminal, including End of Day totals.

**Use this when** you need to view or print sales and transaction summaries on a P630 terminal — daily totals, end-of-shift, or End of Day.

1. From the main screen, tap the **three horizontal lines** to open the **Connect Express administration menu**.
2. Select **Reports**.
3. The Reports menu includes **Sales Overview**, **Current Totals**, and **Reset Totals** — each provides a different summary of your terminal transactions.

**Sales Overview** shows the number of orders and total amounts for purchases, refunds, tax, tips, and cash outs, plus a net purchase amount summarizing all orders. You can filter by **Today**, **Yesterday**, **Last 7 Days**, or **Last 30 Days**.

* Tap **Details** to view all orders for the selected period in the **Search Orders** menu.
* Tap **Print** for a small totals report with the same information.

**Current Totals** display all transaction types with totals grouped by card scheme, plus combined totals since the last reset. This report is also called the **X Report** or **End of Shift Report**. To print, tap **Print** at the bottom.

Selecting **Reset Totals** acts as your **End of Day (EOD)**.

1. You'll be asked to confirm — tap **OK** to continue. This clears transactions from the Current Totals report.
2. The Reset Totals report shows all transaction types with totals grouped by card scheme, plus combined totals for the period.

To print, tap **Print** at the bottom.
