# How to View Transaction Details

Drill down from a day in Clearing Status to individual transactions in TCS.

**Use this when** you want to see the individual transactions for a day, group, or terminal.

### Open the day

In **Clearing Status**, click the **date** you want. You'll see that day's sales split by main group or establishment.

### Open the group

In the **Group** column, click the group name to see the individual terminal batches.

### Open the terminal

Click the terminal in the **Payment method type / Terminal** column to see its individual transactions.

### Show the full details

Tick **Show detailed information**, or click the **arrow** in front of the date, to see more about a transaction.
