# How to Print or View End of Day Reports

View and print sales reports, current totals (X report), and reset totals (Z report) on your V660P.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Use this when** you want to view or print your sales totals — during the day or at the end of the day.
{% endhint %}

## Open the reports

Tap the **menu icon (☰)** in the top-left corner of the **Connect Express** screen, then tap **Reports**. If you're asked for your **PIN code**, enter it — see [How to Set Up a PIN Code](/support-nordics/v660p/how-tos/how-to-set-up-a-pin-code.md).

## Choose a report

{% tabs %}
{% tab title="Sales overview" %}
Shows the number and value of sales, refunds, tips, and cashouts, and your **net sales**.

1. Tap **Sales overview**.
2. Choose **Today**, **Yesterday**, **7 days**, or **30 days**.
3. Tap **Details** to see the transactions, or **Print** to print the summary.
   {% endtab %}

{% tab title="Current totals (X report)" %}
Shows your totals since the last reset, grouped by card type. It **doesn't reset anything**, so you can check it at any time — for example, at the end of a shift.

1. Tap **Current totals**.
2. Tap **Print** if you want a copy.
   {% endtab %}

{% tab title="Reset totals (Z report)" %}
Shows your totals and then **resets them to zero**. Use this at the **end of the day**.

1. Tap **Reset totals**.
2. When asked **"Are you sure you want to reset totals?"**, tap **OK**.
3. Tap **Print** if you want a copy.
   {% endtab %}
   {% endtabs %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.verifone.com/support-nordics/v660p/how-tos/how-to-print-or-view-end-of-day-reports.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
