# Terminal klar, venter på kassetilkobling

Hva du gjør når din P400 viser Terminal klar, venter på kassetilkobling.

## Symptomer

Du kan se ett eller flere av følgende:

* Terminalen viser **"Terminal klar, venter på kassetilkobling"**.
* Betalinger kan ikke startes fra kassesystemet ditt.

**Hvorfor dette skjer:** din P400 er koblet til kassesystemet ditt (ECR). Denne meldingen betyr at terminalen er klar, men kassesystemet ditt er ikke koblet til den ennå.
