# Slik tilbakestiller du et glemt passord

Slik får du et nytt fast passord til TCS på SMS hvis du har glemt passordet ditt.

### Skriv inn opplysningene dine

Skriv inn **Brukernavn** og **Mobiltelefon** (i fullt format, for eksempel **+47…**), og trykk på **Nullstill passord**.

### Logg på med det nye passordet

Du får et **nytt fast passord** på SMS. Bruk det til å logge på, se [Slik logger du på TCS](/support-norway/tcs-client/kom-i-gang/slik-logger-du-pa-tcs.md).
