# Slik tilbakestiller du terminalen

Slik tilbakestiller du din UX700 til oppstartsmodus, slik at den kan settes opp på nytt.

**Bruk denne siden når** du må tilbakestille din UX700 til oppstartsmodus — for eksempel når terminalen er flyttet til en annen organisasjon.

Etter tilbakestillingen starter terminalen på nytt, og du setter den opp igjen.

**Viktig:** Du kan tilbakestille terminalen på to måter:

1. **Via Enhetsbehandling:** den anbefalte måten. Du trenger en administratorkode.
2. **Via Innstillinger:** bruk bare denne måten hvis det ikke er mulig å få en administratorkode via VHQ.

## Velg metode

1. Sveip **ned fra toppen av skjermen** (eller **opp fra bunnen**), og åpne **appstarteren** (rutenettet med ni ruter).
2. Velg **Tilbakestill oppsettsveiviseren**.
3. Skriv inn **administratorkoden**. <mark style="color:red;">Kontakt Verifone Support</mark> for å få koden.
4. Sveip opp fra bunnen av skjermen, og trykk på **Flere alternativer**.
5. Kryss av for **Tilbakestill DID** og **Be om nøkkelbytte**.
6. Trykk på **"TILBAKESTILL ENHETEN OG START PÅ NYTT (ADVARSEL: BATTERIET KAN GÅ TOMT FØR FORHANDLEREN AKTIVERER)"**.

Terminalen starter nå på nytt i oppsettsmodus. Sett den opp igjen — se [Terminaloppsett (ut av esken)](/support-norway/ux700/veiledninger/terminaloppsett-ut-av-esken.md).

Bruk bare denne måten hvis det ikke er mulig å få en administratorkode via VHQ.

1. Sveip **ned fra toppen av skjermen** (eller **opp fra bunnen**), og åpne **appstarteren** (rutenettet med ni ruter).
2. Trykk på **Innstillinger > System > Tilbakestillingsalternativer**.
3. Velg **Slett alle data (tilbakestill til fabrikkstandard)**.
4. Trykk på **Tilbakestill enheten** nederst. Ikke kryss av for **Aktiver distribusjonsmodus**.
5. Trykk på **Slett alt**.

Terminalen starter nå på nytt i oppsettsmodus. Sett den opp igjen — se [Terminaloppsett (ut av esken)](/support-norway/ux700/veiledninger/terminaloppsett-ut-av-esken.md).
