# Tamper

Hva du gjør når din V400c viser en tamper-feil — slutt å bruke terminalen og kontakt Support for en erstatning.

## Symptomer

Du kan se ett eller flere av følgende:

* Terminalen viser en **tamper**-feilmelding.
* Terminalen tar ikke imot betalinger.

**Hvorfor dette skjer:** terminalen har oppdaget et mulig sikkerhetsproblem og har låst seg selv for å beskytte kundenes kortopplysninger. En terminal som viser en tamper-feil kan ikke repareres på stedet og må byttes ut.

**Ikke prøv å åpne, reparere eller starte terminalen på nytt for å fjerne feilen.** Av sikkerhetshensyn kan en tamper-feil bare løses ved å bytte ut terminalen.

Slutt å ta imot betalinger på terminalen som viser tamper-feilen. Oppbevar den på et trygt sted til den blir hentet eller byttet ut.
