# Så här ställer du in Wi-Fi

Så ansluter du din tvådelade P400-terminal till ditt Wi-Fi-nätverk.

Använd den här guiden när du vill ansluta terminalen till ditt Wi-Fi-nätverk i stället för att använda en nätverkskabel.

## Innan du börjar

* Ha **namnet på ditt Wi-Fi-nätverk** och **Wi-Fi-lösenordet** tillgängliga.
* Båda enheterna måste vara anslutna till **samma nätverk**.

Du kan ansluta enheterna på något av följande sätt:

* **Båda enheterna via Wi-Fi.**
* **En enhet via Wi-Fi** och **en enhet med nätverkskabel (Ethernet/LAN).**
* **Båda enheterna med nätverkskabel (Ethernet/LAN).** Följ i så fall guiden [Så ansluter du kablarna](/support-sweden/p400-tvadelad/sa-har-gor-du/sa-ansluter-du-kablarna.md).

Följ stegen nedan på **varje enhet som du vill ansluta till Wi-Fi**.

Öppna menyn på enheten:

* **Operatörenheten:** Tryck på knappen **#**. Du behöver inte ange något lösenord.
* **Kundterminalen:** Tryck på knapparna **4 och 6 samtidigt**, ange lösenordet **1234** och tryck sedan på den gröna knappen.

## Anslut till Wi-Fi steg för steg

1. Öppna menyn.
2. Välj **Administration > Inställningar > Kommunikation**.
3. Välj **Wi-Fi > Konfiguration**.

Välj **WiFi-skanning**.

### Välj ditt nätverk

Ditt Wi-Fi-nätverk ska visas i listan. Välj nätverket och tryck sedan på **LÄGG TILL**.

### Ange Wi-Fi-lösenordet

1. Välj **Förhandsdelad nyckel (PSK)**.
2. Ange ditt Wi-Fi-lösenord och tryck sedan på **OK**.

Använd sifferknapparna för att skriva bokstäver och symboler. Tryck flera gånger på samma knapp för att bläddra mellan bokstäverna. Wi-Fi-lösenord är skiftlägeskänsliga.

### Spara inställningarna

1. Tryck på **Spara**.
2. Tryck på **OK**.
3. Tryck på **Ja**.

### Kontrollera att anslutningen fungerar

Skärmen ska visa meddelandet **”Network started”** tillsammans med en grön bock.

✅ **Om meddelandet visas:** Terminalen är ansluten till Wi-Fi. Du behöver inte fortsätta.

## Om Wi-Fi-lösenordet var felaktigt

Om terminalen visar att inloggningsuppgifterna är felaktiga har Wi-Fi-lösenordet angetts fel. Följ guiden [Hur du ändrar Wi-Fi-lösenordet](/support-sweden/p400-tvadelad/sa-har-gor-du/hur-du-andrar-wi-fi-losenordet.md) för att ange rätt lösenord.

## Ansluter terminalen fortfarande inte?

* **Kontrollera att Wi-Fi-nätverket fungerar.** Försök ansluta en annan enhet, till exempel en mobiltelefon, till samma Wi-Fi-nätverk.
* **Har du ingen annan internetanslutning?** Du kan testa terminalen med hjälp av mobiltelefonens personliga surfzon. Anslut terminalen till surfzonen på samma sätt som ovan.
