# Så skapar du en användare

Så skapar du en ny användare i TCS och ger den åtkomst till rätt grupper.

## Skapa en användare steg för steg

### Öppna Användarhantering

Gå till **Användarhantering** → **TCS-användare**.

### Fyll i användarens uppgifter

Fyll i alla uppgifter om användaren, välj **roll** (se [Användarroller och behörigheter](/support-sweden/tcs-client/anvandarhantering/anvandarroller-och-behorigheter.md)) och välj om lösenordet ska skickas till användaren via **SMS**.

**Viktigt:** **Användarnamnet** måste skrivas med **små bokstäver** och utan mellanslag, till exempel **villevirtanen**.

### Ge åtkomst till grupper

Välj vilka **terminalgrupper** användaren ska kunna se. Markera rutan för att ge åtkomst till **alla grupper**, eller välj enskilda grupper och flytta dem till rutan till höger med **pilen**.

Om du inte ger användaren åtkomst till någon grupp **ser användaren ingen information** i TCS.

### Spara användaren

Klicka på **Nästa**. Användaren läggs nu till och får ett **e-postmeddelande** med sina **inloggningsuppgifter**.

Med alternativet **e-postrapport** får användaren automatiskt en rapport via e-post om felaktiga uppgifter från betalterminalerna.
