# Så söker du efter transaktioner

Så hittar du en transaktion eller avräkning i TCS med fliken Sök.

Använd den här guiden när du behöver hitta en viss transaktion, till exempel för att återbetala den, eller kontrollera vilka transaktioner som ingår i en avräkning.

## Sök efter en transaktion

### Öppna Sök

Klicka på fliken **Sök**.

### Ange sökuppgifterna

Det snabbaste sättet att hitta en transaktion är att söka på **kortnummer**, **belopp** och **datum**. Uppgifterna finns på handlarkvittot.

Du kan också söka per terminalgrupp, eller markera **Endast återbetalningar och reverseringar**.

## Sök på avräkningsreferens

För att se vilka transaktioner som ingår i en avräkning anger du **referensnumret** under **Dagsavslut** och klickar på **Sök**.

## Sök per terminal

För att hitta alla händelser för en terminal anger du dess **TSPID** under **Transaktioner från terminal** och klickar på **Sök**. Bara exakta träffar visas.
