# Så gör du ett nätverkstest

Så kontrollerar du anslutningen till vårt betalsystem med ett nätverkstest på din V400C-terminal.

## Gör ett nätverkstest steg för steg

### Öppna menyn

Tryck på knapparna **4 och 6 samtidigt**, ange lösenordet **1234** och tryck sedan på den gröna knappen.

### Gå till Kör tester

Välj **Administration > Kör tester**.

### Genomför nätverkstestet

Välj **Nätverkstest** och vänta på resultatet.

✅ **Om testet godkänns:** Terminalen är ansluten till nätverket och redo att användas.

**Har du nyss installerat terminalen och misslyckas testet hela tiden?** För att nätverkstestet ska godkännas måste **port 443** vara öppen i ditt nätverk. Kontakta din nätverksleverantör, till exempel din internet- eller IT-leverantör, för att kontrollera detta.
