# Batterifel

Så felsöker du när din Victa-terminal inte startar eller inte laddas.

## Symptom

Ett eller flera av följande problem kan förekomma:

* Terminalen startar inte.
* Terminalen laddas inte eller visar ingen laddningsindikator.
* Batteriet laddas ur ovanligt snabbt.

## Varför uppstår problemet?

Batteriet är oftast helt urladdat och behöver laddas. I vissa fall kan det vara fel på batteriet.

## Felsökning steg för steg

### Försök starta terminalen

Håll strömknappen intryckt i cirka **30 sekunder**.

✅ **Om terminalen startar:** Batteriet fungerar. Du behöver inte fortsätta felsökningen.

❌ **Om terminalen inte startar:** Gå vidare till steg 2.

### Anslut terminalen till laddaren

1. Anslut terminalen till dess laddare.
2. Kontrollera om en **laddningsindikator** visas, till exempel en laddningslampa eller en batterisymbol.
3. Om terminalen laddas låter du den ladda i cirka **15 minuter** och trycker sedan på strömknappen för att starta den.

✅ **Om terminalen laddas och startar:** Problemet är löst och terminalen är redo att användas.

❌ **Om ingen laddningsindikator visas, eller om terminalen inte startar efter laddningen:** Batteriet kan vara trasigt. Gå vidare till steg 3.
