# Så kontrollerar du nätverksinformationen

Så kontrollerar du anslutningen, IP-adressen och anslutningstypen för din Victa-terminal.

{% hint style="info" %}
Använd den här guiden när du vill kontrollera om terminalen verkligen är ansluten till nätverket.
{% endhint %}

## Kontrollera nätverksinformationen steg för steg

{% stepper %}
{% step %}

### Öppna Diagnostik

1. Öppna applistan genom att svepa **uppåt** på startskärmen. Om terminalen öppnas direkt i **Connect Express** sveper du **nedåt** från skärmens överkant och trycker på **inställningsikonen** längst ned till höger för att komma till Android-menyn.
2. Tryck på **Diagnostik**.
   {% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Öppna Nätverksinformation

Tryck på **Nätverksinformation**.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Kontrollera uppgifterna

* **Anslutningsstatus:** om terminalen är ansluten till ett nätverk (Wi-Fi, Ethernet eller mobilnät).
* **Onlinestatus:** om nätverket faktiskt har internetanslutning.
* **Frånkopplingar idag:** hur många gånger anslutningen har brutits sedan midnatt.
* **Enhetens IP-adress:** terminalens IP-adress.
* **Anslutningstyp:** Wi-Fi (med nätverkets namn), Ethernet eller mobilnät.
* **Föredraget SIM-kort:** vilket mobilnät SIM-kortet använder, om terminalen har ett SIM-kort.
  {% endstep %}
  {% endstepper %}

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Är terminalen inte ansluten?** Följ guiden [Terminalen kan inte ansluta till nätverket](/support-sweden/victa/fel/terminalen-kan-inte-ansluta-till-natverket.md).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.verifone.com/support-sweden/victa/sa-har-gor-du/sa-kontrollerar-du-natverksinformationen.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
