# How to Remove a Wi-Fi Network

Remove a saved Wi-Fi network from a P400 terminal.

**Use this when** you need to remove a saved Wi-Fi network from a P400 terminal.

This guide removes a Wi-Fi network from the Supervisor menu.

You'll need the Supervisor password to complete this process. The default is `12345`. If it has been changed and you don't know it, refer to page 43 of the [Webcom Manual](https://helpcenter.verifone.com/webcom-manual/).

## Remove a Wi-Fi network

### Open the Main Menu

Tap the bar at the top of the screen, or press the `*` button.

### Open the Supervisor Menu

Select `Supervisor` and enter your Supervisor password.

### Open Communication Settings

Choose `Communication`, then select the `Wi-Fi` tile.

### Open Configuration

Tap `Configuration` to access the Wi-Fi settings.

### Select the network to remove

In the Wi-Fi menu, choose the network you want to remove.

### Remove the network

Tap `Remove Network`.

### Confirm removal

Select `Yes` to confirm.

### Press OK

Tap `OK` to complete the process.

### Re-scan for networks (optional)

You return to the configuration screen, where you can scan for a new Wi-Fi network if needed.
