# How to Whitelist IPs and Ports

The ports and IPs that must be whitelisted on your network for a P400 terminal to reach Verifone's servers.

**Use this when** you need to open network access for a P400 terminal — the following IPs and ports must be whitelisted for inbound and outbound traffic on your network to connect to our servers.

## Servers to whitelist

| Server                      | Host IP      | Ports               |
| --------------------------- | ------------ | ------------------- |
| Transaction / Update Server | 91.207.36.31 | 29006, 29005, 29002 |
| Download Server             | 91.207.36.37 | 29006, 29005, 29002 |

## VHQ Messaging URL

Also ensure the VHQ Messaging URL is whitelisted for inbound and outbound traffic to and from the terminal on your network:
