# How to Perform Customer Not Present Transactions

Take a Customer Not Present (phone or mail order) payment on a P630 terminal via manual card entry.

**Use this when** the cardholder isn't in-store and you're taking their card details by phone or mail order on a P630 terminal.

## Perform a Customer Not Present transaction

### Start the transaction

Enter the transaction amount, then tap **Other**.

### Select Manual Card Entry

Choose **Manual Card Entry**.

### Choose Phone Order

Select **Phone Order**.

### Enter the card number

Enter the **full card number** and tap **Enter**.

### Enter the expiry date

Enter the **expiry date** and tap **Enter**.

### Enter the CVC

Enter the **CVC** and tap **Enter**.

### Enter address details

If prompted, enter the customer's address details.
