### Open the App Launcher

Slide down on the payment screen from the top, then tap the **9-box grid** symbol at the top next to the Wi-Fi icon.

### Open Diagnostics

Select **Diagnostics**.

### Open SAF Diagnostics

Select **SAF Diagnostics**.

### Delete pending reversals

Select any pending reversals listed (shown by a pending value) and select **Delete**. You'll be prompted to enter the **Admin Code** — contact the Help Desk to obtain this.
